Tickets for Boulevardia, the two-day Kansas City urban street festival, will go on sale on Tuesday, February 25 at 10 a.m. CST. Popular experiences including Taps & Tastes, which will once again take place indoors, and the two-level VIP area are returning for the festival’s seventh year on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20 in its new location on Grand Boulevard, and throughout Crown Center and Washington Square Park, in Kansas City, MO. The ticket package options outlined below include general admission entry to the festival in addition to the features listed.
General Admission: Single-day pass to the festival grounds (Friday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., or Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Children 12 and under are free. Organizers of the festival are encouraging patrons to purchase general admission tickets in advance by offering a discounted rate when purchased before the event.
- $25 per single-day pass when purchased before or on March 31
- $30 per single-day pass when purchased between April 1 – June 14
- $35 per single-day pass when purchased between June 15 – June 18 (week of festival)
- $40 per single-day pass when purchased on the day of the festival, June 19 & 20
General Admission Early Bird Weekend Pass: Ticket valid for Friday, June 19th and Saturday, June 20th. (Friday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
- $40 per weekend pass. Available for purchase through March 31st. Limited quantity available.
VIP Admission: Single-day pass (Friday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., or Saturday 4 to 11 p.m.). Ticket includes general admission to the festival, three beer tickets, two-level private area with prime viewing of the main stage, complimentary water, a private bar with discounted beer and wine and luxury restrooms. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
- $90 per single-day pass when purchased before or on June 18
Boulevardia Bottomless Brunch: Ticket includes general admission to the festival, a BBQ-inspired brunch in an exclusive area from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring delicious food as well as bottomless beverages (including beer!).
- $65 per ticket when purchased before or on June 18
- $25 per child (ages 2 and up must purchase a kid’s brunch ticket. Children ages 2 and under are free.)
Ride to Boulevardia: $50 early-bird pricing for all rides 15, 31, or a very challenging 40-mile ride on Saturday morning. Ticket includes participation in the fully-supported cycling ride for all skill levels starting and ending at the Boulevardia grounds, a Ride to Boulevardia t-shirt and swag bag, Saturday general admission to the festival, and a food and beer voucher to use inside Boulevardia for the post-ride party.
Taps & Tastes General Admission Ticket: $75 Saturday pass. Ticket includes general admission to the festival and entry into Taps & Tastes (2 p.m. to 5 p.m.), where principals and brewers from more than 55 national and international craft breweries will pour selections from their breweries alongside several Kansas City culinary stars who will serve savory bites to enjoy. Tickets include unlimited beer and food sampling and music along with a keepsake glass. Must be 21 or older to purchase. This year’s Taps & Tastes event will take place indoors in the Crown Center Exhibition Hall.
Taps & Tastes Early Admission: $115 Saturday pass. Ticket includes everything listed for a Taps & Tastes General Admission Ticket plus one-hour early admission to Taps & Tastes (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.). Must be 21 or older. This year’s Taps & Tastes event will take place indoors in the Crown Center Exhibition Hall.
NEW Beer Dinner with Boulevard Brewing Company, Bierstadt Lagerhaus and Rhinegeist Brewery at the American Restaurant: $125 ticket allows guests to join Boulevard Brewing Company, Bierstadt Lagerhaus and Rhinegeist Brewery on Friday, June 19 at 6 p.m. for a four-course dinner at The American Restaurant, overlooking the festival grounds. Brewery representatives and Executive Chef Andrew Longres will guide diners through a variety of beer and food pairings. Ticket includes Friday general admission. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
Ultimate VIP Weekender Pass: $1000 all weekend pass. Pass includes two VIP tickets for both Friday and Saturday, two Early Admission Taps & Tastes tickets, two passes to the Boulevardia Bottomless Brunch, exclusive Boulevardia credentials to access special viewing areas for select bands, a commemorative poster and hotel accommodations at the Sheraton Crown Center for Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
Hotel Packages: With Boulevardia’s new location, attendees now have the opportunity to stay just steps away from the gates of our pop-up party nation. A limited number of hotel packages are available at the Sheraton Crown Center and Westin Crown Center hotels.
- $174/night at the Sheraton Crown Center hotel. This package includes two general admission tickets per night booked.
- $184/night at the Westin Crown Center hotel. This package includes two general admission tickets per night booked.
- $270/night at the Westin Crown Center hotel. This package includes two Saturday general admission tickets and two tickets to an exclusive Pool Party at the Westin from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20. The exclusive Boulevardia Pool Party will feature a DJ, light snacks and two drink tickets per guest making it the perfect place to keep cool and pregame for the festival on Saturday afternoon. Must be 21 or older.
While there are ample general admission tickets available for each individual day of Boulevardia, our special events and VIPs passes, as noted above, are limited in quantity and expected to sell out quickly, as they have in the past. More details, including the much-anticipated brewery line-up for Taps & Tastes and a full entertainment schedule will be revealed in the coming weeks and months.
