A few years ago when the economy fell we could have sat back and lost everything or we could have done something about it. Being Italian we were always in the kitchen with multiple relatives so there was no doubt but to start an Italian catering company and food truck. With this success we have been able to open our 2nd food truck, “Street Wings.”
